The process for adding
presenters/arts groups to the Resources begins when a
district representative or an interested presenter, arts group or
resource submits an online application and mails the required
supporting materials to our Program Manager.

Step 2
-- The Presenter, organization or school personnel
must submit this APPLICATION.
Please note that,
once submitted, you will NOT be able to view your online application
until AFTER ADMINISTRATIVE
REVIEW.
Step 3
-- In addition to the completed online application,
please send within two (2) weeks the other information required for
acceptance which includes: presenter's PROMOTION MATERIAL and two
(2) RECENT (within 2 years) LETTERS OF REFERENCE from educators.
Please submit these materials along with a COVER SHEET
including your name & phone number and stating that you
are a new applicant within two weeks to:

After receipt of all the required information, the material is reviewed
by the Arts in Education Coordinator. If all material is acceptable the
artist, art organization, or resource is added to the list of
presenters.
Acceptance means that the expenditure for the artist or arts organization
is aid eligible. It does not mean that they
are recommended or that they have been observed.
If all support material is not received
within two weeks, the listing will be deleted.
